Our tour offers local and area residents an opportunity to find out how their neighbors are trimming their energy bills, increasing their energy independence, and taking steps to address global climate change. These efforts support movement towards building a “green economy” in Missouri, to keep more of our energy dollars at home, and improve property values in Missouri’s communities. Learn how you can take advantage of the recent extention of Federal tax credits to help all Americans move in this direction.
Owners and installers will provide a first hand look at the solar technology they have installed and provide answers to your questions, all designed to help you go solar too!
When: Saturday, October 17th. Tours begin at 9:00am. Schedule is below.
Where: Columbia College Student Commons, 1001 Rogers Street, Columbia, MO
Descriptions of Scheduled Tours
9AM Off Grid, Active Solar Residences (other sustainability)
